COFFEE DEFECTIVE, NON-CONSUMABLE RETURN/REFUND:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your S N’ S Coffee quality, please contact us via email for a full refund at email@example.com. Please provide your name, physical address, order number, and email address.
OTHER COFFEE RETURN/REFUND:
If you purchased S N’ S standard labeled coffee, or received as a gift, it can be exchanged or returned in original packaging, unopened, and unaltered up to 2 days past it’s “roasted on” date.
Coffee orders can be cancelled any time before their scheduled roast day.
